Georges Berthoin

Georges was a key architect of the formation of the EU. He was also the European Chair of the Tri-Lateral Commission, when Mr. Rockefeller was the US chair and Mr. Morita from Sony the Japanese chair. I discussed with him the issue of Japanese leadership, from his experience, as well as other topics. A longer bio on Georges is here. These were his responses.
